2007 Policies
In order to provide the best service for you, your pets and others, we have established the following policies.
PAYMENT
Payments for walking
or sitting services are to be paid in full at the time of booking or on our first day of service. We accept all Major Credit
cards, cash, checks or PayPal. Please leave gratuities in pet sitters name when using a check.
CANCELLATIONS
Less than 24 hr notice will be charged a service fee of $10.00.
Any Holiday cancelled less than
24 hr notice will be charged $75.00.
OVERNIGHTS
& HOLIDAY CHARGE:
Bookings for overnights and holidays made less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $30.00 last minute booking
fee. So plan ahead!

LATE NIGHT OR EARLY MORNING VISITS
Visits made between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7:00 am are
subject to an additional $15 per visit. (does not include overnight)
KEYS
Key drop off/pick
up charge of one visit. If we have to bring your key or garage door opener back at any time other than scheduled visits, you
will be charged for a visit. We suggest you use our Lock Box service.
(Note: If key not available when sitter arrives, client will pay for locksmith
call. Approx. $75.00) Always good to have a trusted neighbor with one too!
