In order to provide the best service for you, your pets and others, we have established the following policies.

PAYMENT

Payments for walking or sitting services are to be paid in full at the time of booking or on our first day of service. We accept all Major Credit cards, cash, checks or PayPal. Gratuities are always appreciated! If no payment is left, an additional visit charge will be added.

LAST MINUTE CALLS: No extra charge for this service. I cannot guarantee exact time of visit, but will be very close to the time you request.

CANCELLATIONS
Vacations: Less than 12 hr notice will be charged a service fee of $25.00.
Holidays: Less than 48 hr notice will be charged $75.00.
Early returns - There are NO CREDITS for early returns on vacations.

Dog walking: There is No charge IF you call within 2 hours of scheduled walk. Credit will be carried over to the next month. **If we arrive for our scheduled walk, and no call was received, a charge for visit will apply.

OVERNIGHTS & HOLIDAY CHARGE:

Bookings for overnights and holidays made less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $30.00 last minute booking fee. So plan ahead!

Holiday surcharges are $5.00 per holiday days listed below: Except July 4th below

v      Memorial Day Weekend, (Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon)

v      7/3, 7/4, 7/5 $5.00 per visit

v      Labor Day Weekend, (Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon)

v      Day before, Thanksgiving and day after

v      Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, Day after Christmas

LATE NIGHT OR EARLY MORNING VISITS
Visits made between the hours of 9:00 pm and 7:00 am are subject to an additional $5 per visit. (does not include overnight).

LAST MINUTE CALLS: Will be charged as a regular visit.

KEYS
Key drop off/pick up charge: $15.00 If we have to bring your key or garage door opener back at any time other than scheduled visits, you will be charged.    We suggest you use our Lock Box service.

 (Note: If key not available when sitter arrives, client will pay for locksmith call. Approx. $75.00) Always good to have a trusted neighbor with one too!
